About the Role
As a German Legal Advisor, you will work in a back-office environment, acting as the main point of contact for legal stakeholders rather than customers. You will manage communications with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs), helping resolve passenger rights cases before they escalate to court proceedings.
This is a non-customer-facing position, ideal for candidates who enjoy analytical work, attention to detail, and professional written communication.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage legal and regulatory cases related to airline passenger rights.
- Communicate with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs).
- Review case documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate case records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve legal matters efficiently.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the resolution of disputes before they proceed to legal action.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
- English level B2 or above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Good computer skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
Benefits

Employment Contract
- Initial 6-month contract.
