About the Role
As an Italian Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly support through phone and written channels. Your mission is to ensure every customer receives an outstanding service experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, exchanges, and returns.
- Offer product information and guidance about the latest fashion collections.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while representing a globally recognized fashion brand.
Requirements
Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2).
English level C1 or above.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Good computer skills.
Ability to work in a team within an international environment.
High School Diploma.
EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
Benefits
Base Salary: 1400€ gross/month
Stable Career Path
- Initial 12-month employment contract.
- 12-month contract extension.
- Permanent contract after 2 years.
Working Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
- 8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break.
- Rotational shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Operating hours between 08:00 AM and 09:00 PM.
