We are seeking a skilled Founder’s Office/Program Manager to become an integral part of our energetic team in Gurgaon, where your expertise will have a significant impact. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing programs from the ground up, identifying gaps, driving execution, ensuring persistent follow-through, and resolving challenges across teams. This position demands a strong sense of ownership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented approach. You will collaborate closely with leadership on operational priorities, process enhancements, special projects, and critical business initiatives spanning multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO on key business and operational initiatives.
• Lead execution across cross-functional projects, ensuring diligent follow-through and timely completion of action items.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, proactively address issues, and optimize business processes.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to guarantee accountability, alignment, and punctual execution.
• Manage projects independently from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Develop scalable processes and enhance execution efficiency across teams.
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-growth environments.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies daily to boost productivity and accelerate execution.

Note: This position requires working from the office five days a week.
