We are looking for a compassionate, customer-focused, and result-oriented Patient Counsellor / CRM to join our skin and aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a skin, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic and possess excellent patient counselling skills. In this role, you will guide patients through various skin, hair, and laser treatment options, address their concerns, and ensure they have a smooth and satisfying treatment journey.
As the primary point of contact for patients, you will build trust, provide accurate information about treatment procedures, coordinate appointments, and maintain long-term relationships through effective customer relationship management. Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to understand patient needs are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients regarding skin, hair, and laser treatments by understanding their concerns and recommending suitable treatment plans as advised by the doctors.
- Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, benefits, timelines, pricing, and post-treatment care in a clear and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with patients to enhance their overall clinic experience and improve patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and objections with empathy and confidence while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Coordinate with dermatologists, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient consultation and treatment scheduling.
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, reminders, and treatment progress through the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consultation details, treatment history, and follow-up notes.
- Encourage treatment conversions by helping patients understand the value and benefits of recommended procedures.
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients regarding consultations, ongoing treatments, and repeat visits.
- Ensure timely resolution of patient complaints while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare daily reports, maintain documentation, and update patient information using MS Office applications.
- Support front office and clinic operations whenever required to ensure efficient patient flow.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience as a Patient Counsellor, CRM Executive, or Clinic Coordinator in a skin, dermatology, cosmetic, or aesthetic clinic.
- Familiarity with skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments will be preferred.
- Experience using CRM software and maintaining patient databases is an added advantage.
