Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Flight Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day charter operations, ensure smooth communication between clients, brokers, and operators, and manage logistics for each flight from booking through post-flight follow-up.

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Flight Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day charter operations, ensure smooth communication between clients, brokers, and operators, and manage logistics for each flight from booking through post-flight follow-up.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate private jet flight logistics — including scheduling, permits, and ground handling.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and fulfill each client's unique service needs.
- Monitor active flights to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
- Act as the main point of contact for operators throughout the trip lifecycle.
- Review and verify flight documents, confirmations, and invoices.
- Support the sales and brokerage team with quotes, trip sheets, and updates.
- Handle urgent operational needs, including after-hours support when required.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for all charter trips.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in charter operations, aviation dispatch, or travel coordination is preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills under time-sensitive conditions.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; French is an asset.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with aviation software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours (some evenings/weekends as flights require).

- Competitive salary $50,000-60,000
