Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Manage AR processes specific to revenue cycle management
• Handle accounts related to Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance (including Humana)
• Process and reconcile co-insurance and employer compensation accounts
• Review and work on unbilled reports, ensuring all claims are submitted promptly and accurately
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and denials
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes in the system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with billing and payer requirements

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience handling Accounts Receivable or Revenue Cycle Management (Healthcare Account)

• Good working knowledge with Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance (Humana)
• Proficient in using MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Etc.)
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
