About the role
● Lead, manage, and support field teams and coordinators
● Coordinate with LGUs, government agencies, and key stakeholders
● Monitor performance targets (KPIs) and ensure operational goals are met
● Manage budgets, resources, and ensure proper utilization of funds
● Resolve operational issues and handle escalations in a timely manner
● Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with policies and regulations
● Support planning and execution of city-level programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong background in operations management, strategic planning and execution,
- Excellent team leadership, stakeholder coordination, reporting, budgeting, and KPI
- Tracking and performance monitoring. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google
- Workspace. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
