About the role
Job Summary
The Onboarding Associate executes end-to-end onboarding activities for 2W biker partners under a flexible, cross-functional deployment model. The role ensures compliance in document verification, timely system activation, accurate kit releasing, and effective support for onsite and offsite onboarding events.
Key Responsibility Areas (Rotational Coverage)
Team members will be assigned to one or more of the following operational lanes depending on daily requirements:
- Document Verification & Requirements Handling (Compliance lane)
- Verify completeness and validity of onboarding documents
- Ensure accuracy of forms prior to system endorsement
- Monitor and update To Follow Requirements (TFR) status
- Upload assessment forms and required documentation
- Offsite & Field Support (Field lane)
- Conduct ocular visits and assist in securing offsite venues
- Coordinate basic venue setup and event readiness
- Support onsite and offsite onboarding execution
- Observe and report competitor onboarding activities encountered in the field
- Coordinate with assigned El Pres teams regarding event updates and turnout
- Event Communications & Coordination Support
- Send confirmation and reminder SMS for scheduled onboarding events
- Send reschedule notifications to no-show applicants
- Systems Activation & Gear Releasing (Conversion lane)
- Assist in DAX account creation and activation processing
- Credit newbie top-ups
- Capture and upload ID photos
- Release biker kits and record issuance properly
- Inventory & Asset Handling
- Record daily kit releases
- Monitor inventory levels
- Maintain proper handling of onboarding equipment
- Report discrepancies or damaged/missing items immediately to supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, operations, or related field
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Comfortable using internal systems for data entry and document uploads
- Willing to travel for offsite onboarding activities
- Willing to work weekends as operationally required
