About this FBS Executive Recruiter role at Capgemini
The team member will regularly interact with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, interview panel members, HR teams. Responsibilities include gathering hiring requirements, providing recruitment status updates, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, facilitating hiring decisions, negotiating offers, and ensuring alignment between business needs and recruitment objectives. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential to build relationships, influence decisions, and deliver a positive hiring experience.
Proactively sources, screens and engages high-potential and diverse executive candidates to evaluate qualifications. Conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates matching a specific business need. Acts as a consultant during the offer process and provides expert offer knowledge to the hiring manager. Negotiates executive package offer with final candidate. Builds talent pipeline for executive level openings. Creates a positive candidate experience for both the selected and non-selected candidates throughout the recruiting process. Partners closely with HR business partners as well as senior leaders across the company. Builds relationships and communicates consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed. Establishes relationships with external candidates that develop a long-term talent pipeline. Maintains market specific intelligence relevant to the company and our talent needs that include maintaining a network of diverse industry contacts and leveraging strategic initiatives to create additional talent connections. Leads special projects and uses influence with peers to reinforce leadership messages and solve complex problems. Performs other job duties as assigned.
Requirements

Exceptional communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
Fair understanding of recruitment best practices, processes and technologies like Workday would be preferred
