We are seeking a passionate Student Assistant to join our growing team. As a key member of the Ascendis Pharma team, you will play a crucial role in handling data generated at our CMOs around the world. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.
You will be joining the Drug Product QC team consisting of 7 colleagues, and report directly to Lars Bo Ekhart Jensen, Senior Director, who is based in Hellerup, where you also will be based.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Data entry in D365DataSpace/Excel
- Data review in D365DataSpace/Excel
- Data archiving in Veeva
- Review of other tasks such as regulatory documents
- Participate in trend analysis of stability data
- Maintaining production control charts
- Prepare GMP documents
Besides that, there will also be opportunities for other tasks depending on interests and skills.
D365DataSpace is our newly established database for analytical test results. Veeva is our electronic GMP document system.
Qualifications and Skills:
You are a bachelor student (1st or 2nd year of your study) – and preferably within life sciences.
Furthermore, you have experience working with Excel or similar software.
Key competencies:
You are a strong team player, analytical, meticulous, and have a can-do attitude.
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.
Terms of employment
Typically, the Student Assistants at Ascendis Pharma work between 10-15 hours a week, However, there is some flexibility regarding working hours, which will be agreed in more detail with the manager.
