By joining the Commercial IT EU team, you will deliver impactful digital solutions that support the commercial space, including Commercial Excellence, Global Marketing, Market Access, and International Markets (ex-US).
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across markets and play a key role in shaping user-centric solutions that create real business value.
We are seeking a passionate Solution Architect to join our Commercial IT EU team in Global IT. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and evolving business-critical solutions, with a primary focus on the Market Access domain, including the Model N platform (Salesforce). You will help shape the technology landscape of the domain by translating business needs into sustainable solution designs, balancing business value, compliance requirements, and long-term maintainability.
You will play a key role in both shaping solutions and ensuring their successful implementation and operation, while also contributing to the introduction of new Commercial technologies over time.

You will report directly to People Leader, Jakob Monajemzadeh Thrane, and Functional Leader, Sune Mejlvang, both based in Hellerup. You will be based in Hellerup.
Your key responsibilities will be to
- Design, own, and evolve Market Access solutions, with a primary focus on the Model N platform, including hands-on configuration, continuous optimization, and solution design.
- Define and evolve the solution architecture for the Market Access domain, ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs, compliant, maintainable, and scalable.
- Drive the design and implementation of new Commercial IT EU solutions and enhancements, evaluating options and recommending approaches that best support business needs, compliance, and scalability.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business needs, scalable, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Support stable system operations by guiding incident resolution, changes, and continuous improvements.
- Manage external vendors and implementation partners to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating business needs and processes into effective and sustainable solution designs.
- Contribute to governance activities, including documentation, standards, and compliance adherence
- Support testing, validation, and release activities to ensure solutions meet quality and compliance expectations.
Qualifications and experience
You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Master’s degree, with 5+ years of experience from a similar role.
Furthermore you have:
- Experience working with Market Access
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Experience from a start-up or scale-up environment

As the Commercial IT EU Product team continues to evolve, we are looking for a profile who will proactively contribute to product discovery, help shape our ways of working, and play a key role in designing how future Commercial solutions are delivered together with business stakeholders.
Travel: 10-15 days per year
