At our headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark, research facilities in Heidelberg, Germany, and additional offices across Europe and the United States, we are advancing programs in our Endocrinology Rare Disease portfolio. We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.

We are seeking a commercially driven Associate Director, Global Marketing, to translate scientific and market insights into impactful global brand strategies and execution. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the global marketing strategy, driving successful launch and sustained growth across key markets. You will be joining the Global Marketing team and report directly to the Global Marketing Lead for YORVIPATH, who is based in Copenhagen. You will be based in Hellerup, Denmark or in Princeton, US.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Drive Global Brand Strategy
    • Translate scientific evidence, market dynamics, and customer insights into clear, actionable global brand strategies
    • Define and deliver strategic priorities, campaigns, and key deliverables aligned with business objectives
  • Digital Marketing Excellence
    • Drive the development and implementation of integrated digital strategies and omnichannel campaigns
    • Leverage data and analytics to optimize engagement and campaign effectiveness
  • Commercial Leadership
    • Apply strong commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand performance
    • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Manage complex cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholder environments
    • Align global strategy with local market needs and enabling effective execution across regions
  • Execution & Delivery
    • Oversee the development of high-quality marketing materials and global toolkits
    • Ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes
    • Prepare business cases for key brand decisions and escalate as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Master’s degree of Marketing, Business Administration, Science or related field – and 3–4 years of experience within Global Brand Manager (or equivalent global marketing role) in a pharmaceutical company.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a local pharmaceutical market marketing role
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Commercial experience within rare diseases and/or hospital-based therapeutic areas

To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be able to translate scientific, clinical, and market insights into clear strategic priorities and engaging content that support brand growth and business impact.

You are skilled at engaging, influencing, and aligning stakeholders across complex matrix organizations and can communicate complex ideas clearly to build alignment across global and local teams.

Furthermore, you have a strong commercial mindset and the ability to drive strategic decision-making, while developing and optimizing digital and omnichannel customer engagement strategies. Finally, you have a strong patient-centric mindset and a passion for advancing healthcare.
