Autocraft Solutions Group is looking for an EV Site Administrator to support our growing Electric Vehicle division in Arnhem. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the administration and movement of EV batteries, working closely with colleagues, dealerships, transport partners and suppliers across Europe.

What you'll be doing
As an EV Site Administrator, you will play a central role in managing the administrative and logistical processes surrounding EV battery movements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the booking, scheduling and tracking of EV batteries using the EV Cloud system
- Ensuring batteries are accurately registered and stored in the correct on-site locations
- Preparing and managing Goods In and Dispatch documentation
- Coordinating battery transport with logistics providers
- Monitoring packaging movements between dealerships across Europe
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring parts availability
- Updating the Customer Portal with relevant information
- Communicating with dealerships and customers across Europe
- Processing purchase requisitions and following up with suppliers
- Setting up new suppliers in accordance with company procedures
- Supporting production activities when required
- Investigating and reporting issues raised by customers, suppliers or production teams
- Assisting with EV projects that support the continued growth of the business
- Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site administration
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Supporting other administrative tasks as the site continues to grow
Requirements
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or site administration role
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications
- Experience working with inventory, logistics or transport administration is an advantage
- Experience with EV batteries or the automotive industry is beneficial but not essential
- Awareness of Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards
- A full, clean driving licence

Benefits
Working Hours
38 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 β 16:30 (30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Friday: 08:00 β 14:30 (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Flexibility may be required from both the employee and the company as business needs evolve.
