Autocraft Solutions Group is looking for an Electric Vehicle Production Operative to join our growing EV team in Arnhem. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for receiving, testing, diagnosing, repairing and preparing electric vehicle batteries for dispatch. Working alongside a skilled team, you'll play an important part in extending the life of EV batteries and supporting the transition to cleaner transportation.

What you'll be doing
As an Electric Vehicle Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and unloading EV batteries
- Testing, diagnosing and repairing EV batteries
- Recording and reporting battery test results
- Supporting ongoing EV projects
- Safely storing high-voltage batteries
- Preparing repaired batteries for dispatch
- Loading outgoing shipments
- Operating a forklift truck (FLT) where required
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment
- Following all quality and health & safety procedures
Requirements
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with a technical background who enjoys problem-solving and working in a team environment.
You should have:
- An engineering qualification, apprenticeship or relevant hands-on technical experience
- Experience working with high-voltage DC systems (60V+), or similar electrical systems
- Experience with EV batteries or related high-voltage components is preferred
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications
- A valid forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- A full, clean driving licence
- Good communication skills in English

Working Hours
This position operates on a rotating day and late shift schedule.
Day Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 06:00 β 14:30
- Friday: 06:00 β 12:30
Late Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 14:00 β 22:30
- Friday: 12:00 β 18:30
