About this Equity Institutional Sales role at Fuku
Key Responsibilities:
- Source offshore institutional clients for cash equities and equity derivatives, leveraging existing overseas investor resources to expand client coverage across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
- Manage and deepen long-term relationships with institutional clients based in Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific.
- Analyze real-time market data to generate trading ideas, and prepare marketing slides and materials to support client engagement and business development.
- Organize and attend regional roadshows and investor marketing events to promote services and strengthen client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and formulate strategies for client expansion to drive growth and enhance market presence.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or above degree in Finance, Economics, Business or relevant disciplines from well-known academic institutions.
2. Minimum 3 years institutional sales and marketing experience in securities industry with solid sales performance track record.
3. Own mature, accessible offshore institutional client resources covering APAC overseas investors.
4. Proficient knowledge of Hong Kong and China equity markets, capital market products and relevant regulatory frameworks.
5. Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; fluent verbal and written English and Mandarin.
