Angkas’ mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of

livelihood that impacts their family and their communities.

The Field Marketing Specialist, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from identifying

and closing merchant and institutional partners for Angkas ride-hailing and Padala services, coordinating on ground

marketing activations, and generating market intelligence to drive Unique Booker acquisition across Laguna.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identify, pitch, and close 10–20 net new partners per month across schools, commercial establishments, fuel

stations, and community hubs in Santa Rosa, Binan, and Calamba City for both Angkas motorcycle ride-hailing and

Angkas Padala services.

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of on ground marketing activations, including merch and collateral logistics,

booking station setup, and flyering campaigns across 6–10 priority locations per activation cycle.

• Conduct regular price scans and competitive route analysis along key Laguna corridors and national highways, and

provide on ground disruption ideas (i.e., weather, events, holidays) and localized insights that support UB growth

and GMV targets

• Conduct social media listening for Passenger and Driver related sentiments to promote better understanding of

customer behavior in Laguna on a per city-level, based on priority

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior

• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Fixed Term: 5 Months

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications,

or any related field

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or

a similar client-facing role

• Proven ability to conduct client-facing presentations and close partnership

agreements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for field reporting and

coordination

• Highly self-directed and comfortable working independently in a field-based

setup with minimal supervision

• Willing to travel regularly within Laguna province, particularly across Santa

Rosa, Binan, and Calamba City

• With profound knowledge on Laguna province and its cities
