Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone communications.

• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
• Stay updated on product information and industry trends to offer informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms is advantageous.
