We're looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join the customer service team of a leading international mobility company in beautiful Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

What you'll be doing
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist Danish-speaking customers with their vehicle rentals and travel-related requests, helping them enjoy a smooth experience from reservation to return.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers via phone and email
- Handling reservations, booking modifications and cancellations
- Providing information about vehicle rental services and travel options
- Resolving customer inquiries quickly and professionally
- Processing requests and finding the best solution for every customer
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout every interaction
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Fluent Danish and good English communication skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A positive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
