This pivotal role will be essential in shaping our financial planning and analysis strategies, ensuring that we meet our ambitious growth targets and operational excellence.
The FP&A Director will oversee the financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will work closely with executive leadership and operational teams to provide critical financial insights that drive decision-making and support the overall strategic direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including the development of annual budgets, strategic forecasts, and financial models.
- Conduct thorough variance analysis and provide insights to senior management regarding operational performance and strategic initiatives.
- Create and enhance comprehensive reporting frameworks to track financial performance metrics across the organization.
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall strategic objectives.
- Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare detailed financial presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Stay informed on financial regulations, economic trends, and industry developments that may impact financial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (such as CPA or CFA) is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within large-scale projects or real estate development.
- Proven experience in leading finance teams and managing financial planning processes.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in finance-related software and advanced Excel skills are essential.
