About this Senior Specialist- Tax role at Qiddiya Investment Company
As a pivotal member of the Qiddiya Investment Company team, the Manager - Tax is responsible for overseeing all tax-related activities ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while strategically contributing to the company's financial objectives. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the tax landscape, excellent analytical abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure adherence to tax compliance requirements.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advice to senior management to optimize the organization's tax position.
- Manage and coordinate relationships with external tax advisors and government officials.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation affecting the company and assess potential impacts.
- Develop and implement tax policies that align with the overall business strategy.
- Guide internal teams on tax implications of various business operations and transactions.
- Lead tax audits and prepare necessary documentation and responses to inquiries from tax authorities.

Requirements
