What you will do:
Lead the forecasting and demand process by analyzing sales trends, pricing changes and marketing efforts as well as co-creating the comercial strategy while taking into account inventory levels and avoiding OOS.
Generate multiple demand escenarios with the use of Excel - Based forecasting models that include historic data, pricing and marketing variables such as: spend, traffic, convertion, etc.
Manage the full Demand Review process. Align with commercial teams weekly untis and sales plan by SKU for all sales channels.
Support in all different initiatives that include the launch of new products, as well as new sales channels for the region with forecasting assumptions.
Weekly track of our forecasting plan: BIAS, Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA), size split, share of categories, etc.
Alongside Supply-Inventory and Ops partners detect and elaborate demand scenarios to maximize our inventory levels while creating the necesarry dashboards and ad-hoc analysis to support your hypothesis as well as the track of the new process.
Who we're looking for:
At leat 2 years of experience in demand planning or supply planning
Bachelor´s degree on Engineering, Administration…
Advanced Enlgish is a must, since most stakeholders are in different countries.
Advanced level in Excel: Vlookups, Sumifs, Pivot tables.
Nice to have: Power BI
