Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Czech-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone.
• Process customer inquiries regarding products, accounts, and services efficiently and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that customers may experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and support.
• Stay informed about company products and industry news to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, with a focus on providing solutions and support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
