About this Customer Development Executive role at Rentokil Initial
- To promote the company and its product and service to its best advantage
- To achieve the agreed sales target
- Respond to and save terminations, pulling any required resources together to achieve retention
- Deal with customers' complaints as a matter of urgency in accordance with company policy
- Attend to all enquiries from prospects and existing customers within 48 hours
- Understand the needs of customers and meet them through the effective implementation of the RI Customer Service standard and procedures
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship at all times
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business
Experience in Business Administration
Experience in Advertising & Public Relations
Experience in Marketing & Advertising
