Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and requests through calls, email, live chat, social media and other communication channels.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant department and follow up until closure.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints.
- Contribute to achieving team performance targets, customer satisfaction goals and operational KPIs.
- Adhere to the quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) for response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relative field.
- Languages: Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is mandatory; basic knowledge of English is required.
- Availability: Ability to work on a shift rotation.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field
