Responsibilities:

• System Administration & Monitoring: Support daily administration and monitoring of T24 and related systems.
• Performance Tuning & Optimization: Assist in improving system performance and resolving bottlenecks.
• Incident & Problem Management: Follow up incidents, support troubleshooting, and escalate issues when needed.
• Deployment & Change Management: Support deployments, patches, and system changes in line with approved procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of core banking systems or enterprise application support.
• Minimum 1 year experience in application or system support is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of banking operations and transaction processing is an advantage.
• Basic hands-on experience or working knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of JBoss application server is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Java applications, logs, and support activities is preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic database queries is an advantage
