The CSA / Room Ready Commissioning Engineer is responsible for supporting commissioning activities associated with Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) systems within a semiconductor manufacturing facility. This role works closely with project managers, construction teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure rooms and spaces are prepared to support successful equipment installation and operational readiness. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment and is committed to delivering quality throughout the commissioning process.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and commission Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) elements throughout a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
- Perform room readiness inspections to verify construction completion and compliance with project specifications prior to equipment installation.
- Identify, document, and communicate deficiencies or incomplete work requiring corrective action.
- Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to support timely completion of room readiness milestones.
- Verify that completed areas meet quality standards and are ready to transition to subsequent phases of construction and commissioning.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and commissioning documentation.
- Support project schedules by prioritizing inspections and commissioning activities to meet critical project milestones.
- Work in accordance with all client safety procedures and site quality requirements.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction principles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality and construction deficiencies.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience working within mission-critical or semiconductor environments is preferred.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Education / Licenses / Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience with room readiness or CSA commissioning activities preferred.
- Experience within semiconductor or other mission-critical facilities preferred.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
