The Chemical and Gas (PSSS) Commissioning Engineer is responsible for supporting the commissioning and turnover of Process Support Systems (PSSS) within a semiconductor manufacturing facility. This role partners closely with construction teams, equipment vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure chemical and gas systems are safely transitioned from construction to operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and able to effectively coordinate activities across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the handover and commissioning of chemical and gas cabinets within a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
- Work closely with construction teams, contractors, equipment vendors, and client representatives to support successful system turnover.
- Track commissioning activities and coordinate schedules to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Verify system readiness and support the transition of chemical and gas systems from construction to commissioning.
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve issues that may impact commissioning schedules or system readiness.
- Maintain accurate commissioning records, turnover documentation, and project status updates.
- Ensure all commissioning activities are completed in accordance with site safety procedures, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to promote effective communication and project execution.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.

- Knowledge of chemical and gas process support systems (PSSS) is preferred.

Education / Licenses / Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Experience commissioning Process Support Systems (PSSS), chemical systems, or gas systems preferred.
- Experience within semiconductor manufacturing facilities preferred.
- Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
