This role is based in Oslo and will report to the VP of Corporate Development.

Responsibilities
The Corporate Project Manager will be responsible for, among other things:
- Facilitating and supporting key internal processes, and assisting the Kahoot! leadership team with preparation, research, planning, coordination, and the practical implementation of projects
- Providing general support to the CEO and leadership team
- Identifying, building, and piloting AI-powered workflows and automations across the team, while exercising sound judgment on accuracy and the handling of confidential and deal-sensitive information
- Preparing and facilitating company-wide and business review meetings, and driving follow-up activities
- Supporting strategic management processes and projects involving external partners
- Participating in transaction processes, including market research and screening, due diligence, documentation, and closing
- Coordinating the integration of acquired companies into the Kahoot! Group
- Plan and execute Kahoot! Gathering and other major Kahoot! Group events
- Supporting internal and external communications, including preparing presentations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting, project/program management, strategy, corporate finance, or corporate development, preferably within a technology company
- University degree (bachelor's minimum, or equivalent), with a strong academic and professional track record
- Confident and fluent with AI tools in your daily work, using them to raise both the speed and quality of your output
- Comfortable working with AI tools, willing to try new ones, and thoughtful about where they do and don't add value
- Structured and systematic, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect across all levels of the organization
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and hands-on, comfortable balancing tactical execution with day-to-day tasks in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, drive, and a can-do attitude
- Relentlessly high standards, working with precision and quality
- Fluency in English required (written and spoken); Norwegian is an advantage
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
