About this Cloud & Tech Alliances Lead role at Oak
We're reimagining enterprise Identity and Access Management from the ground up. Founded by serial entrepreneurs Shai Morag and Tal Marom and backed by a $60M seed round from Greylock, Accel, and CRV, we're building the next generation of identity security. Identity is the gateway to everything- who's let in, who's kept out, and it's now the number one attack vector in the enterprise. The tools built to govern it were designed for a slower world of human users and static environments. That world is gone. Identities are exploding across human, machine, and AI agents faster than legacy systems can track, and security teams are left patching together five disconnected tools that still can't answer "who has access to what, right now." We think the answer isn't another point solution- it's a new foundation. Oak is the AI-native Identity Operating System: an AI connector framework that reaches any application, a live identity graph built from raw evidence, and a team of AI agents that governs the full lifecycle of every identity in one platform. We're building Oak's AI-native core from day one-engineered for what enterprise identity is becoming, not patched onto what it used to be. And we're just getting started.
About the Role:
Oak is looking for a Cloud & Tech Alliances Lead to build and scale our ecosystem of cloud and technology partnerships from the ground up. Based in Tel Aviv, you will own relationships with hyperscalers and ISVs, driving co-sell motions and technical integrations that extend Oak's reach across the identity security landscape. This is a founding, high-ownership role for someone who can set the alliances strategy and operate independently across technical, commercial, and strategic dimensions. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to turn partnerships into pipeline and revenue.
What you will Do:
Define and lead Oak's cloud and technology alliances strategy from the ground up
Build and manage strategic relationships with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and key ISV partners
Drive co-sell programs and joint go-to-market motions with cloud and technology alliances
Own technical integration roadmaps with partners, working closely with Product and Engineering
Manage Oak's presence on cloud marketplaces and associated commercial workflows
Identify and prioritize new alliance opportunities aligned with Oak's IGA/IAM positioning
Represent Oak in partner-facing forums, QBRs, and joint planning sessions
Track and report on alliance-sourced and alliance-influenced pipeline
What you will bring:
7+ years of experience in cloud alliances, technology partnerships, or business development, ideally in cybersecurity or identity
Proven track record building and scaling co-sell relationships with hyperscalers
Experience owning an alliances function or strategy, ideally at an early-stage company
Strong technical fluency — able to speak credibly with partner engineering and product teams
Experience managing marketplace listings and partner commercial mechanics
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing
Based in Tel Aviv, with ability to travel as needed
Nice to have:
Existing relationships within AWS, Azure, or GCP partner organizations
Background in IAM, IGA, or broader identity security space
Experience building an alliances function from zero at a seed-stage startup
