About this Call Center Agent role at Rentokil Initial
Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Call Center Agents to join our team. This position is for Saudi Nationals Only.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries received through telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email, while ensuring timely follow-up and an exceptional customer experience.
Working Hours: 4 hours per day, 6 days per week (split shifts)
Work Model: Hybrid (office and remote)
He/she will be responsible of the following:
- Receive and manage customer inquiries across all communication channels.
- Log all customer inquiries and prospects into the ICABS system.
- Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each branch.
- Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm whether the customer has been visited, surveyed, quoted, or converted into a sale.
- Escalate any delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager (BM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM).
- Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Saudi National only.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
