The C4N Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of all communication systems of the U.S. Navy’s Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program on-base.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, etc., for all system computers, navigation, radar, GPS, antennas, networks and displays
· Being proactive to ensure accurate operations of all systems, performing troubleshooting and repairs as necessary
· Support C4N integration, troubleshooting, repair planning, testing
· Ensure all installation is done appropriately
· Field support at ACU/NBU locations as required
· Develop and maintain professional, results-oriented relationships that strengthen FWG’s reputation and support positive outcomes through documented communication, timely response, and issue resolution
· Anticipate customer concerns and engage early to mitigate risk, resolve performance issues, and uphold FWG’s record of quality and reliability
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team
· Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
· Associate's Degree in Electronics, Communications, navigation systems, IT/networking or other related field
Licenses & Certifications:
· Active Secret Security Clearance
· DODM 8140.03 required
· Security + preferred
Experience:
· Ten plus (10+) years of experience in similar subject matter expert role
· Extensive knowledge and in C4N training
· OME/vendor training required

Other:
· Ability to work onsite 5 days per week with additional hours, as required
· Some travel, as required by operational needs
