Join Boldr Academy’s First Batch of Learners!
We are launching a paid BPO training program designed especially for individuals who are new to the industry. We are inviting you to join a new innovative short course which aims to help participants build skills that are vital to the BPO industry like customer service, technical support, and sales. You will also learn how to write resumes, be at your best during interviews, and get a chance to practice your newly acquired skills in real life.
Program Details
- Duration: 8 weeks | Starts: August 3, 2026
- Set-up: Onsite, 9 hours/day (Monday–Friday)
- Location: Boldr’s Tacloban Office, YVI Center 115 Virgo St. Brgy. Fatima, Marasbaras, Tacloban City
- Applications Open: July 15 – 24, 2026
What You’ll Learn
The 8-week curriculum is structured to take you from BPO basics all the way through hands-on practice in the industry’s most in-demand roles:
- BPO Industry Fundamentals: How the industry works, key concepts, office dynamics, and tools like Google Suite
- Career Readiness: Resume building, interview skills, pre-employment prep, and how to succeed in your first months on the job
- Customer Service LOBs: Voiced and non-voiced support, chat, email, business writing, KPIs, and live simulations
- Sales LOBs: Sales fundamentals and hands-on practice through both voiced and non-voiced channels
- Technical Support LOBs: Troubleshooting methodology, technical workflows, and applied practice
- Back Office & Specialized Functions: Understanding back office roles and how they support operations
- Persistent Skills: Typing proficiency, language and comprehension training, and AI literacy woven throughout the program

What We’re Looking For
This program is built for individuals who are ready to invest in themselves. You’re a good fit if you are:
- New to the BPO industry or have less than 3 months of BPO experience
- A fresh graduate looking to break into a global industry
- Based in Tacloban and able to commit to full-time, daily onsite training
- Curious, driven, and genuinely passionate about learning
