The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong motivation and passion for the event ticketing industry to join our team in Marousi, Athens (on-site). You’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your ability to identify opportunities and close new business will directly shape our continued growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and thrives on building meaningful client relationships from the ground up. Experience in the events, entertainment, or ticketing space will be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new leads, industries, and market segments through online tools and outreach.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone and email to establish rapport and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive online presentations tailored to each potential client.
  • Promote new platform features and services to maximize client value and engagement.
  •  Share client feedback with the Product team to inform on improvements.
  •  Support the business growth strategy by working with senior team members to assess risks and opportunities.
  •  Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with both new and current clients.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of closing deals
  • Strong drive to seek out and engage new clients
  • Target-focused mindset with consistent execution
  • Comfortable using modern software tools and digital platforms
  • Advanced presentation, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
