About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Soft Services Coordinator to take ownership of facility operations at one of the most ambitious urban development projects in Southern Attica. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning and hygiene standards across indoor and outdoor areas
- Lead, manage, and develop cleaning staff and subcontractors to perform at their best
- Handle client service requests and issues with professionalism and speed
- Plan and monitor scheduled programs for cleaning, landscaping, and pest control
- Act as the primary point of contact between on-site operations and client expectations
Requirements
- Availability to work 5 days/week on a rotating shift schedule, including 2 weekends per month
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or equivalent role in the Facility Management industry
- Strong leadership skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
- Working knowledge of MS Office; solid Excel skills required
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
- Bachelor's degree required
