Manifest Services S.A. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the facility management operations of an ambitious urban project in Southern Attica. The role is project-focused and requires strong operational leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service delivery across the client’s portfolio.

The Operations Manager will act as the primary point of contact for the client and will be responsible for the overall performance of technical maintenance, cleaning and landscaping, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a dedicated facility management contract
  • Lead and supervise on-site operational teams, including:
    • Technical maintenance teams (M&E, building infrastructure)
    • Cleaning & Landscaping supervisors and teams
    • Subcontractors
  • Ensure effective coordination between all service lines to provide seamless, integrated facility management services
  • Manage the Facility Management Software to ensure proper handling of the Preventive Maintenance Plan and Service Requests
  • Monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs and implement corrective actions where required
  • Act as the main liaison between Manifest Services and the client, managing communication, reporting, and issue resolution
  • Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring contractual compliance, service quality, and cost control
  • Manage operational budgets, resource planning, and forecasting for the assigned project
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company policies, and local legislation
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (HR, Business Development, Finance) for staffing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implementation of best practices in facility management operations.

Requirements

  • Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering degree is a must
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in facility management, ideally within complex or multi-site environments
  • Strong experience managing teams and supervisors across multiple service disciplines
  • Solid understanding of building operations, technical maintenance, and service coordination
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in negotiation and vendor management
  • In-depth understanding of safety regulations and compliance
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
