We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee all building-related activities of our multinational client. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool. The goal is to ensure our client's premises are problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all facility services offered (technical, cleaning, etc)
• Monitoring all maintenance and cleaning schedules
• Supervise, train and evaluate staff (technicians, janitors, etc) and external contractors
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Manage customer tickets (new requests, complaints, etc)
• Keep financial and non-financial records
• Perform analysis, reporting, KPIs and review meetings to the client

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering is a plus
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) as Facility Manager
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Ability in working with financial figures
