The Role

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Director to join our Enterprise Sales team. You'll own MotorK's most important customer relationships - working with Europe's premium automotive manufacturers and OEMs at C-suite level. Part strategic sales leader, part trusted advisor, you'll shape how the world's most iconic automotive brands adopt and scale AI-powered technology. You'll bring the deals, grow the accounts, and make customers wonder how they ever managed without us.

What You'll Do:

  • Own a portfolio of premium European OEM and enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth and long-term retention.
  • Build and execute account plans and sales strategies that accelerate adoption of MotorK's SparK Platform.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles — from proposal and bid management through to contract and close.
  • Build high-trust relationships with CxOs and key decision-makers, and create executive-level access for MotorK leadership.
  • Use AI tools in your own workflow and champion AI adoption within your accounts — helping customers see not just what the platform does today, but where it takes them tomorrow.
  • Keep a sharp, well-managed pipeline via CRM with accurate forecasting at every stage.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Proven enterprise sales or strategic account management experience, ideally in SaaS or automotive technology.
  • A track record of winning and growing complex deals with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial instincts - you know how enterprise buying decisions are really made.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI. You don't need to be an engineer, but you follow the space, experiment with the tools, and get excited about what's coming.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages or German is a strong plus.
