Job Summary:

We're looking for an Audience Strategy Lead to support one of our amazing clients in the music and entertainment industry. You'll be the person uncovering the stories behind the data — combining audience insights, AI, and cultural trends to decode fan behaviours and transform signals into bold marketing strategies that help artists make their mark across APAC.

Role: 

  • Oversee the rollout of a generative AI brief-intake tool, ensuring it works effectively for non-data marketing stakeholders and reduces manual strategic workload.
  • Design and deliver scalable, templated insights from client briefs using qualitative and quantitative tools, equipping Creative, Commerce and Paid teams with clear audience knowledge.
  • Build scalable post-campaign audience engagement reports that measure effectiveness and surface opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Use a growing library of engagement reports and predictive modelling to synthesise campaign results (streams/sales) into actionable, repeatable marketing blueprints.
  • Partner closely with data engineering to feed behavioural inputs and blueprints into a unified data engine, refining algorithmic trend predictions and AI briefing recommendations.
  • Help establish a predictive viability tool to assess a track's potential success across multiple markets ahead of campaign launch and spend approval.
  • Deliver deep-dive market intelligence on regional consumer behaviour and opportunities to support senior leadership decision-making.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience leading digital consumer insights, audience strategy, or predictive analytics within media, tech, or entertainment.
  • Skilled at translating complex data and statistical analysis into a clear, narrative-led strategy for creative and marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of regional digital and e-commerce consumer behaviour.
  • Experience working alongside data engineering teams in modern cloud data environments (e.g. Databricks) and with third-party research platforms.
  • Comfortable leading a team and operating as a senior stakeholder across insights, creative and commercial functions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

Contract Type: 12-months Fixed Term Contract
