Your Role

Innovaccer is looking for a System Engineer, Enterprise - IT to help in building, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding information technology team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Systems Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently. To be successful in this position you will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practices and evidence of a professional track record of effective technical management, information analysis, and a thorough understanding of computer hardware, software & network systems.

A Day in the Life

● Managing day to day user complaints/Issues

● Monitoring the systems and network infrastructure

● New system/Laptop installations and assignment

● Asset Management

● Security Patch management/monitoring on windows/MacBook/ Linux systems

● Software license management

What You Need

● Should have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

● Must have knowledge of Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) Desktop

● Must have knowledge of Computer Hardware Troubleshooting

● Basic Networking Knowledge

● End-user support
