Job Description
Reporting to our Senior Retail Media Manager, you'll play a key role within our Paid Media department, driving media performance and account growth for a multinational beauty brand. You’ll shape retail media best practices for them, working with a global team and Amazon Ads.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Manage and improve retail media campaigns, inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon).
Plan, activate and optimise paid campaigns across European markets.
Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
Support the creation of professional client-facing reports, highlighting clear and actionable performance insights.
Work with clients through written, phone, and face-to-face communication.
Stay informed about new tools, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
Over 2 years of experience working in retail media or e-commerce paid advertising.
Knowledge of sponsored ads or display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads or DSP).
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis and reporting.
Skilled at creating structured, clear, client-oriented presentations.
You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
You're great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
