Aktion Associates is a North American ERP software reseller in the top 20 of the VAR 100 reseller market and top workplaces in 2025. We have a high-growth technical environment with a workforce of over 250 professionals. We have a two year growth initiative to build our total workforce to 350. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S and Canada.

Manufacturing ERP Application Consultant (Remote)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support client software implementations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
• Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
• Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within one of the following Manufacturing ERP Software:
• Acumatica (preferred)
• Microsoft Dynamics
• Epicor
• Infor CSI/SyteLine, Visual
• Manufacturing Industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Location:

• Work from home.
• Mid-west preferred with travel up to 20-30%.

Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000

This position offers a competitive salary, additional incentive, with the potential for performance-based bonus.  Aktion Associates offers a comprehensive benefits plan including an employer matching 401k plan.
