The Corporate Travel Consultant is responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients, ensuring a seamless, cost-effective, and high-quality travel experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate within client travel policies while adapting to changing travel needs.
Key Responsibilities
● Book and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and ancillary services
● Provide proactive, high-touch service to corporate travelers, executives, and travel arrangers
● Ensure all bookings comply with client travel policies, preferred suppliers, and negotiated rates
● Handle changes, cancellations, and disruptions efficiently, including after-hours or urgent requests when required
● Monitor traveler itineraries and provide real-time support for delays, cancellations, or emergencies
● Accurately document all transactions and client communications in the designated systems
● Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and improve service delivery
● Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternatives when appropriate
● Maintain knowledge of industry trends, airline rules, visa requirements, and global travel restrictions
● Meet individual and team performance targets for sales, revenue, and productivity as defined by leadership
● Willing to take on other duties as necessary and act as a floater to support other teams when needed
Required Qualifications
● Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Preferably Sabre.
● Strong understanding of corporate travel policies and negotiated programs
● High level of accuracy and attention to detail
● Ability to work independently in a remote/outsourced environment
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking effectively across phones, email, and group chats/shared inboxes
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience supporting high-volume or VIP corporate accounts
● Familiarity with online booking tools (e.g., Concur, Deem), Smartsheets, Excel, etc.
● Knowledge of international travel requirements, visas, and documentation
● Bi-lingual French capabilities are a plus

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected compensation range for this position is: $50,000 plus commission
