Fundwell is a top US business financing company. We are rapidly expanding our Cape Town office and are looking for ambitious professionals to join our Top 100 A-Team.
This role demands high energy for strategic cold calling and engaging directly with US CEOs and high-level executives. Your success in generating sales pipeline determines your career growth.
Location: Premium Office, Cape Town CBD Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 3:00 pm - 12:00 AM SAST (On-site, US Business Hours)
Your Role: Key Responsibilities (High-Volume B2B Focus)
As a Call Center Sales Agent, your primary focus will be B2B acquisition and you will be responsible for:
- High-Volume Outbound Calling: Executing 100-200 dials per day to US business owners.
- Pipeline Generation: Building instant rapport and qualifying prospects for Fundwell's financing products.
- Executive Engagement: Handling objections and positioning solutions in a professional, consultative manner.
- Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate records and tracking progress in the CRM system.
Requirements
Who We Need
We are seeking proven performers with:
- 1+ Year Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, B2B, or cold calling.
- Impeccable English Communication: Professional English proficiency with a flawless, neutral, and clear accent required to communicate professionally with US executives.
- Commitment: Must be eligible to work in South Africa, committed to working US hours, and able to work on-site in Cape Town.
- Executive Engagement: Experience engaging with business owners, CEOs, or senior decision-makers in a sales context is a plus.
