Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for new build projects, including HDB, Condominium, and Commercial developments.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from commencement to completion.
- Manage project schedule, manpower allocation, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Liaise with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients, and relevant authorities on project matters.
- Attend site meetings, technical meetings, and coordination meetings.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contract requirements.
- Ensure all P&S works comply with PUB, BCA, and relevant statutory requirements.
- Resolve technical and site issues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project cost and variation works in coordination with the QS team.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, quality standards, and timeline.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works.
- Proven experience managing new build projects such as HDB, Condominium, and Commercial developments.
- Experience working with P&S subcontractors in Singapore is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, project coordination, and site management.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
