We're looking for a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) who brings positive energy, outstanding customer service skills, and a genuine passion for helping pets and their families. As the first and last impression of our hospital, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, compassionate, and efficient experience for every client who walks through our doors.

✨ What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our veterinary team, you'll:

β€’ Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
β€’ Create a welcoming and positive first impression for every pet and pet parent.
β€’ Schedule appointments efficiently while helping clients find the best care options for their pets.
β€’ Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
β€’ Check clients in and out, process payments, and review invoices.
β€’ Explain hospital services, policies, treatment plans, wellness programs, and preventative care recommendations.
β€’ Assist clients with medication refills, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications.
β€’ Maintain accurate client and patient records within the practice management system.
β€’ Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and clients.
β€’ Handle client concerns and resolve issues with compassion and professionalism.
β€’ Educate pet parents on preventive care, wellness visits, vaccination schedules, and hospital resources.
β€’ Support the medical team by ensuring client information is accurate and complete before appointments.
β€’ Manage daily appointment flow and help maximize schedule efficiency.
β€’ Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, inventory support, and record management.
β€’ Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby.
β€’ Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and personalized care.
β€’ Advocate for every pet and family by ensuring they feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.
β€’ Previous veterinary, animal care, medical office, or client service experience preferred.
β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β€’ Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
β€’ The ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in fast-paced or emotional situations.
β€’ Experience handling multiple phone lines, scheduling software, and computer systems.
β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills.
β€’ A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
β€’ A genuine love for animals and the people who love them.
β€’ The ability to provide exceptional service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
