Full-Time Physical Therapist in Grandview, MO
This Physical Therapist job in Grandview, MO offers the opportunity to work in a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic with a broad patient population and a steady clinical rhythm.
You will treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, ranging from adolescents to older adults. Some patients may be recovering from injury, others may be rebuilding strength, improving mobility, managing pain-related movement limitations, or working toward a safer return to daily activity.
The clinic uses WebPT and has a clinical team made up of 2 Physical Therapists and 2 PTAs.

Pay Range
New Graduate PT: $65K–$70K annually
Experienced PT: $80K–$90K annually, based on years of experience
Preferred Schedule Options
The clinic strongly prefers one of the following schedules:
Four 10-Hour Days
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off weekly
Monday–Friday Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Daily Work Includes
- Evaluating patient mobility, strength, balance, range of motion, pain, and function
- Creating treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Providing hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, gait training, mobility work, and functional rehabilitation
- Teaching patients home exercises and safe movement habits
- Tracking outcomes and updating care plans when appropriate
- Documenting visits, progress notes, and discharge plans in WebPT
- Working with PTAs to maintain consistency in care delivery
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
- Missouri PT license or eligibility for licensure
- New graduates welcome
- Outpatient orthopedic experience helpful, but not required
- Strong patient education and documentation skills
- Ability to work professionally with patients ages 11 to 90
Clinic Information
The clinic sees 7–15 patients per day and approximately 160–190 patient visits per week. Patients are commonly covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, TRICARE, Humana, and Aetna.
