We are looking to add a Physical Therapist to our outpatient orthopedic team in Grandview, Missouri. This role is a strong fit for a PT who enjoys patient-facing care, structured treatment planning, and helping patients make steady progress with mobility, pain management, strength, balance, and daily function.
The clinic treats patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions and welcomes new graduates as well as experienced clinicians.

Clinic Details
Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits
Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
EMR: WebPT
Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Schedule Options
Preferred Option: Four 10-Hour Days
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Second Option: Monday–Friday Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and identify therapy needs
- Develop treatment plans based on patient condition, goals, and physical presentation
- Provide care for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Lead patients through strengthening, stretching, balance, mobility, and functional activities
- Use manual therapy and other appropriate PT interventions
- Educate patients on home exercises, body mechanics, and safe movement habits
- Reassess progress and update plans of care as needed
- Document care accurately in WebPT
- Coordinate with PTAs to support consistent care
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
- Ability to work with patients across different ages and physical needs
