Position Summary

The B2C Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, managing, and improving the performance of the B2C sales agent team in Panama. The main objective is to increase sales performance, ensure proper customer management, monitor agent productivity, and build a strong and efficient sales team.

This role requires strong leadership, sales management experience, and a deep understanding of the Panamanian market and sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of B2C sales agents
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales agents to improve performance
  • Track KPIs, sales metrics, and agent productivity
  • Assist in developing sales strategies for the B2C market
  • Ensure proper customer communication and service quality
  • Report weekly and monthly sales performance to management
  • Help recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents
  • Implement sales processes and improve team efficiency
  • Ensure discipline, reporting structure, and workflow organization within the team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or Sales Team Leader
  • Experience supervising sales agents in Panama is highly preferred
  • Experience working with the US market
  • 1–2 years of experience as a sales agent is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience managing and motivating sales teams
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience working with sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Knowledge of Spanish and English are required
  • Must be based in Panama
