Carazo Group is a luxury distribution business operating across 10+ countries. We work with premium brands and build long-term trade partnerships across international markets.

As we expand our international reach, we are looking for a B2B Trade Development Specialist to identify and develop new distributor and wholesale relationships across assigned territories. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who is genuinely good at prospecting — someone who builds pipelines from scratch, not someone who manages inbound leads.

You will work directly with the Head of Sales and report to senior leadership, with real visibility and impact from day one.

What you will own:

Prospecting & Business Development

–     Identify and approach new distributors and wholesalers through digital research, LinkedIn outreach, and cold outreach campaigns

–     Build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools

–     Convert prospect relationships into active trade partnerships

Relationship Management

–     Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new trade partners

–     Present and promote the premium product portfolio to potential and current clients

–     Manage ongoing communication and commercial development of your partner accounts

Market Coverage & Reporting

–     Monitor territory performance and report on sales activity, pipeline status, and market trends

–     Identify market opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging trends within the territory

–     Attend international trade fairs and industry events to represent the company and develop leads

Internal Collaboration

–     Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and servicing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in FMCG, tobacco, or a related trade industry
  • Proven prospecting skills — confident working through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools without relying on inbound or a support team
  • Experience building and managing relationships with distributors or wholesalers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience handling commercial agreements
  • Comfortable tracking KPIs, pipeline health, and territory performance
  • Fluent English, minimum C1 level (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working fully on-site in Belgrade

Good to haves:

  • Previous international B2B sales experience across multiple countries or regions
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and client visits
  • Knowledge of German or Spanish
  • Experience with premium goods, luxury products, or tobacco

What Success Looks Like

  • A growing pipeline of qualified distributor and wholesale prospects from day one
  • New trade partnerships signed and successfully onboarded
  • Consistent CRM hygiene and accurate territory reporting
  • Expanding territory performance over the first 6–12 months

This role is not the right fit for you if your experience is exclusively in B2C or retail and you have never sold to distributors, or if you rely on inbound leads, a support team, or a lead generation function to fill your pipeline.
