About the role
Own the complete employee lifecycle for an international, fully remote organization —
onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, training coordination and workforce-security
compliance. The role is the operational backbone of HR: it keeps records accurate, processes
consistent, and access governance tight across all entities and locations.
Requirements
1. Employee Onboarding
– Coordinate onboarding across HR, IT and hiring managers.
– Ensure all accounts and accesses are ready before Day 1.
– Coordinate virtual workstation / remote-desktop setup.
– Run onboarding orientation and track completion.
2. Employee Offboarding
– Coordinate account deactivation and timely access removal.
– Ensure handover of files, credentials and responsibilities.
– Maintain a complete audit trail and documentation.
3. HR Systems Administration
– Maintain the HRIS and employee records.
– Manage documentation and employee status changes.
– Keep organizational records accurate and up to date.
4. Training & Development
– Administer Trainual; assign and monitor training completion.
– Produce management reports on progress and gaps.
5. Security & Compliance
– Enforce virtual-desktop and access policies.
– Coordinate security audits and periodic access reviews.
Must-Have Requirements
• Minimum 3 years in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Administration or Employee
Lifecycle Management.
• Hands-on experience running onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Spanish: native or fully fluent (primary working language in Panama).
• English: B2 minimum, C1 preferred (communication with international remote teams).
• Practical experience with an HRIS and/or ATS, plus Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Exceptional organization, documentation discipline and attention to detail.
• Working awareness of data-security and access-management best practices.
